who am I?

I am Vice President of Business Development at Hogan Assessments, the world’s most important personality assessment consultancy. Which means I spend my days measuring people — and my writing life questioning what the measurements mean.

I know the HR tech industry from the inside: developing new markets, building organizations, training, and public speaking. Twenty-five years of consulting across more than forty countries has been a learning experience of its own — most of what I write here started as a note scribbled in some airport.
